Saint Francis loses All
Philadelphia, PA Saint Francis (Pa.) AllAmerica running back Kyle Harbridge
will miss the rest of http://www.vougers.com/mcm-c-71/ the
season with a knee injury, the university announced Wednesday.
The senior, from Easton, Pa., led the Red Flash in rushing last year with a
schoolrecord 1,474 yards, which ranked sixth in the FCS.
Harbridge posted a singlegame school record of 346 yards rushing against
Morehead State last Sept. 17. The performance ranks as the most rushing yards in
Division I football in the last five seasons. His 457 allpurpose yards in that
game missed the FCS record by 10 yards.
"The loss of Kyle is tough. He is a great player," coach Chris Villarrial
said. "However, now we have to move on and have other players to step up. We
have some very talented players who are now going to get a lot more chances and
we are going to need them to respond."
